SHIPPING
Order Processing & Carriers
- We process all orders Mon–Fri, shipping them out within 1–2 business days.
- Carrier options are provided by Shopify and vary by destination.
Delivery Times
- Within the U.S.: 3–5 business days.
- Internationally: Varies—international rates are flat via DHL and displayed during checkout.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, custom fees or taxes may be due upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for details.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Ensure items are unused, with original packaging and hygiene tags intact.
- Return shipping costs are covered by us (unless otherwise specified).
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–9 business days of receiving the returned items.
- Want an exchange? Simply place a new order; once we receive your return we’ll process the refund for the original item.
As returns and exchanges are managed through Shopify, simply follow the return link in your confirmation email.
For an exchange - please create a new order.
PRIVACY POLICY
We're built on Shopify, which handles all payment processing, data encryption, and order management. We collect personal information (e.g. name, email, shipping address) solely for order fulfillment and customer communication. By ordering from Floating Market, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must be 18+, or have parental permission, to purchase.
2. Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices listed include U.S. shipping where applicable. Payment is via Shopify: you can use credit/debit cards or other payment providers offered at checkout.
3. Shipping & Risk
Orders ship from Los Angeles, CA. Delivery times are estimates; risk and title transfer to you upon shipment.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be made within 30 days, unused and with tags. Return shipping is your responsibility. Refunds (minus shipping) will be processed within 5–9 business days. Exchanges require placing a new order.
5. Product Use
Our swimwear is designed for play and lifestyle—please follow the care instructions. We’re not responsible for damage from improper use or washing.
6. Intellectual Property
All Floating Market designs, text, images, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
Our products are provided “as-is.” We make no guarantees about their performance or fitness for a specific purpose. Floating Market is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Orange County courts.
